Hi, I am Elena Giorgetti, founder of Make an Impact Career Coaching. 

I am a Certified Organizational Coach with a PCC credential from ICF. I started my career as a recruiter and worked in both Europe and North America for a global consulting firm. I then worked for more than 10 years as a Career Coach with UBC Sauder School of Business. My
experience as both a recruitment insider and as a career development specialist enables me to offer a unique blend of support, guidance and resources that my clients need to transition into their desired career.
